emergencies that come up where we may need to close at a moments
notice, so please call and schedule an appointment. Our
driveway is gated so you may NOT enter when no one is here to
assist you. |
Visiting

We love having everyone
visiting our facility. But we must ask that you make an appointment
prior to visiting.
We'd love to give you a tour of the farm, meet some of our
equines, and tell you about our adoption, sponsorship and membership programs.

Visitation Policies:
For the safety of our
volunteers and all others
who may visit the rescue facility, we have set the following guidelines
regarding visitation of the ranch.

Any child, whether a member, visitor or someone touring the rescue
facility, must be accompanied and supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.

If you are not a volunteer and considering becoming a member, please
limit your visits to the ranch to the above hours only.

We
welcome visitors, however you must each sign a Release of liability to enter the
farm. If you plan to bring children, you must have a release form signed by the
child's/children’s legal guardian before coming to the rescue.

If
you have any questions or concerns,
please feel free to direct them to any of the Senior Volunteers or the Director.
At any given time, there will be at least one, if not several available. Please remember
that the Senior Volunteers are generally responsible for the smooth operation of
IHR and
have invested a lot of time into the organization.
Consequently, they have gained experience and knowledge, and are best
able to answer any questions which you might have.
