Well, I am very sad to see this one leave.........  We only do horses here, so he had to go!  But I am super happy about where he is going!  He will be an indoor dog with a wonderful fenced yard!  We couldn't be happier!

Update 12/11/03
This guy is totally housebroke now!  He does very well taking a bath!  Ok, first he thought rolling in the mud would be fun!!  This boy sleeps right next to the bed at night and wakes me up to go outside in the morning!  Sometimes earlier than I would like:-)  He has learned to sit, lay, not jump on you and get his paws wiped off when he comes in the house.  Don't miss out on this one!!!  He just loves to be loved on!!!

Update 11/30/03
Boomer is quite the character!  He comes right to you and has enough energy for at least 2 dogs!  He will need room to run so a fenced yard is a must.  He wants to play with the cats, one just cowered from him and he finally barked at it to play, most of them run away since they don't know him.  I say he finally barked as he did not bark at all the first 3 days he was here.  He is adjusting well and has been learning to sit & lay down, but is having trouble not jumping up when he gets excited.  This boy would crawl in bed if I would let him (ok, if Tony would let him!!)  He gets along very well with the dogs here.  He is gaining weight and we have adjusted his collar twice - the second time was a little too much though as he slipped it........ but never left his area.  I would love to keep him, but Tony says he must find a new home, what a wonderful addition he would make to any family.

This young man is just begging for a home of his own. He came to us as an emergency, as his time was up, and he was to be euthanized.  He has been neutered, tested negative for heartworms and started on heartworm preventative.  He is almost totally house trained and also appears crate trained.  Do you have the room in your home for him?  He has not offered to be food aggressive although he has definitely not been fed enough!!  He is timid around men but warms up with a little love!  He has been great with children.  Adoption Donation $100.00.  Complete an online adoption application to be considered for Boomer.  We don't normally do dogs here so he needs a home soon!  Possibly an early Christmas present???
